So, so far Update 3 seems to have fixed my low frame issue when cinematics/cutscenes begin, they would usually take like 10 seconds to return to normal. Performance overall is much better, it doesn't seem to dip really low anymore and keeps a much more steady framerate. I'm in hogsmead with medium settings, dlss on performance 1440p display and an RTX 2060. It's holding up around the high 40s w/ ascendio mod

Oh my god I just figured out that Hogwarts legacy apparently writes the shader cache to a random hard drive, so the reason my Ryzen 7 5800X3D and 3070ti was stuttering was because it wrote the shader cache to my torrenting HDD rather than my SSD.
