Getting into Linux is as frustrating as it is exciting, and yes, people will make dumb mistakes along the way, and yes, many of these are properly documented somewhere, but they didn't have time or experience to figure it all out.

And the instructions requiring them to write certain stuff in the terminal don't help much as they normally don't explain WHY the command are executed and what exactly do they do.

Guys... Open the drive links, there will be a button up top to the right to save to your drive. Save all of those link files to wherever in your drive. Then drag select all in the drive, and right click download. It'll zip it then give you a download prompt

Okay the update works wonder for me, considering the fact that I could barely walk inside Hogwarts before. I get 50 fps constant. The stutters are still there, but I can complete quests now. Here's what I did- I used ascendio before installing the update, reapplied the crack, set virtual memory according to the message sent above and used med+low settings with fsr performance. I have GTX 1650 ,8gb laptop

Try saving on desktop and then replace file or go to save, all files and put .ini at the end. Copy into the correct folder

i think rtx and dlss etc are making it worse, by having good but heavy automatic post processing they can be as lazy as they can

Hey I think I've found a fix for the crash. What I did is I changed upscale type in settings and restarted my game. It seemed to work for me

Method for download limit quota bypass:

1. Open the link and login with your Google account in gdrive

2. Right on every file (including the optional files you wanna download) and select "add to starred".

3. Go to starred section of your Google drive, select all the files, right click and hit "Download". It will zip the files and start downloading
