Your 3060Ti does not have a lot of VRAM. That also will affect your stuttering. You also need to make sure that you're not running on graphics settings too high.

I'll say this again, you don't know if the game is running fine if you don't have another version with memory leaks fixed and other optimizations made by the devs to compare to. I've tried the pre-release version cracked, update 3 cracked, and the official version with update 4 and update 4 works the best by far. Significant performance increase compared to the other versions and absolutely no stuttering, not even traversal stuttering. I have a RTX 3080 with 32GB of RAM and even that was stuttering with update 3 installed + the crack.
