I've tested everything
the tips pinned above and the update
it was really crashing every minute
but what i did is (formated the pc) installed the game again applied the update the i applied the crack

Btw i've noticed that in Ultra settings if you cast Lumos, there's a chance that the game will slow down to 20fps, maybe in certain areas. Thats sucks

the update its the only thing that really worked out for me
it's not the best
still stuttering
on ultra 70-30 fps stutter most of the time
on medium 80-40fps stutter a little
but it's better than before
