On the real Update 3 the shader pre-compilation stays Frankenstein update 3 just disables it (maybe because of Engine Instance mismatch) if you do a proper shader cache cleanup you find that when you cast a spell 1st time after running the game or a new effect appears you get shader compilation stutters
