dude i have 128GB ssd with 117GB avail space and windows and system occupies most of it , i was facing a lots of stutter in hdd so spent 5hrs with disk analyzer and deleting files and cleared up 78 GB for the game and then moved it to ssd and now no stutter

Make sure to deactivate your antivirus when re-installing and make an exception for the file that was deleted before re-activating the antivirus so it doesnt delete it again
