I think the dev build is unbalanced meaning enemies are stupid hard and some missions dont work meaning you cant progress in the game making it unbeatable but ive also heard the opposite that you can go into the files and male the enemies easier and can finish the game.

FPS varies depending on the location like every other systems, I mostly prefer 1080p LOW + FSR2 Quality with that card but 60 FPS can be easily achievable in open world on 1080p MEDIUM + FSR2 Quality

Basically apply ascendio mod and run a mem cleaner you should be running fine, also turn on XMP in mobo settings
