update 3 is better for overall performance and stutter fix , if its happening for you in previous updates. That said update 3 does have a bug with shaders not compiling, workaround could be to let the shader comiple in a previous update and make a backup of it, (Its in program data ) then update to update 3 , use other tweaks mentioned along with update 3 to gain the maximum performance, Im using all of them and have almost reduced stuttering, Its still present in hogwarts from time to time but Im getting an avg FPS of closer to 70-80 with dips till 40 FPS , G sync helps a lot in stutter management as well BTW. anything less than 45 FPsS dip is only noticible on this game, even on cyberpunk i used to get lows of 40 FPS but G sync helped a lot with that.

Also playing on 2K and with an RTX 3070 laptop btw.

that's not a bug the issue is the exe is searching for PSO data from day0 patch and what you are supplying is PSO data from another version which is why there's no shader caching. if you use shader cache from previous version it will not work as the pso data is different

*So if you're also getting this error try moving your game in same drive in which your os is installed*

You might've switched off your computer during the saving action or the electricity went off, I've no idea, that's usually when the save file gets corrupted and no longer works

CPU is actually good, you need to replace the thermo interface and change your cooler. I use Gammax 400EX and it works good in the games and video rendering. I have no problems with temperatures(65-71°C) and having fun

I haven't changed my cpu goo for like 6 years ,idle temp is 40~game temp like 75~ i7-7700k, but ma case airflow is shit so i opened the side door and it helped alot!

I have no issues with heat while playing. It stay under 75 while I play. GPU also under 70. Pretty good for a 3060ti dual fan using ref board.

I know where it is located, I just don't have it, because the game doesn't start. I want to try to copy someone else's version there, maybe it will help.

Empress makes the crack, everyone else are just using her crack in their repacks, so, yeah, you can say it's made by Empress.
They usually type something like "Таблэтка/Кряк" and then there would be written Empress + goldberg steam emu or something like that
