1. Backup your game save to somewhere safe like the desktop

2. Delete the AppData\Local\Phoenix folder

3. Make sure your controller is connected and working

4. Boot the game with the controller still on

5. Move your game save back into AppData\Local\Phoenix\Saved\SaveGames

For some reason booting the game with just KB/Mouse causes rumble to never work on controllers. If you do this it should work.

It's all individual. I had stutters on unpatched version, patched and stuttering is gone. Some people have stable performance on unpatched version and update3 did nothing for them.
