No it's not, the folder is definitely called "hogwarts legacy" saperate from the main folder of the game and that's where your save files are and other files which I need to access

Well, so you understand, I played in the beta for 30 minutes and then deleted it, because I was bored to play it. Also annoying is that the cutscenes can not be skipped.

Update your gpu drivers. Turn off windows auto scaling(found within advanced scaling settings), set fog to medium or low, lowering shadows helps too, set process priority to high.

Empress did post some links regarding the crashes at startup, I assume you have already tried that?

and to anyone who’s trying to change language and saves the file as txt one just right click one the original .ini file, go to proprieties and uncheck the « read only »

To change the .ini file you need to remove the permission to read the file and open it with notepad, that way when changing the language it allows saving again.

Same thing on 5xxx cpus.

This is exactly where I hit 100% usage. After reloading, it didn't do it again. Set prority to high in task manager. A lot of games it does basically nothing, this one, it helps tremendously

on an acer nitro 5, rx560x :))
Playable, with ocassional stuttering considering the ram, but, it works on lower than 16gb ram

no reason a game with this level of graphics needs even close to this much horsepower. plus why does it look so fuzzy. game doesnt look great.

I have a 73gb version from skidrow reloaded and i used empress crack only file. For mw it works fine. I play ar high settings with dlss disabled on i7 11800 rtx 3070 laptop. Avg fps is around 70-80. With dlss enabled and a bit of tweaking i get around 100. Uptil now no crashes

It is best to have more than recommend ram in my opinion because it’s better for the ram to allocate throughout the game
