At the Start of the game you only get the dark arts robe, gloves, hat, and scarf.

The rest all add themselves as you play and unlock progress in the questline.

Only exception is PS4 quest. The files exist but it is not triggerable on PC, so atm, you just get the potion. Modders are working on making the PS4 quest triggerable from PC.

A thing with HL is that it seems to be extremely shader heavy, so it will often stutter as it loads stuff if you have it on a hdd or have a low vram gpu, ascendio mitigates this a bit
