if you have extreme performance issues, like micro stuttering or similar things, try installing Ascendio II.I from Nexus mods, it fixed it for me. If you have an RTX card and use Raytracing, install the light version.

* In Steam: Add the exe above as your non-steam game
* In Steam Library: Right-click game -> Properties. Set "Start In" to be the base game folder. Eg: "C:\games\Hogwarts Legacy\" NOT "C:\games\Hogwarts Legacy\Phoenix\Binaries\Win64"
