VSync in this sense has nothing to do with tearing (have GSync Premium myslef) There are some problems in the game when you cap the fps ingame... capping it outside the game could work too

i already tried all the present from ascendio and 1.0.3 seems to work the best for me and it still drops from 60-70 fps to 15-20 at times
