for those who wanted to use empress crack with the update 3 (aka all people here), all you need should be replacing files from the "Hogwarts Legacy\Phoenix\Content", and don't need to re-apply the crack since they aren't relavent if you don't replace the cracked one with the clean one again in the first place. The updated crash log report client isn't gonna affact your game and the main .exe will be replaced again with cracked one so don't even bother replace it unless Empress ever released a new cracked .exe.

@ProtectorOfMyMother, so the game instantly crashes when collecting pages. Enabling Upscaling and setting it to FSR 1.0 seems to help (both AMD and NVIDIA, not sure about Intel) and the game crashes much less frequently when collecting pages. I found that when you use "Accio" to collect them instead of pressing "F", it might not crash at all.
I bought an original copy of the game yesterday, imported my saves from empress' version and I've never experienced a crash since. This means there should be an issue with the crack itself, probably something minor and could be worth debugging it to see what causes the game to crash in the exact moment one presses "F" to collect pages.
That said, just to be clear: I'm not whining about the crack. In fact, I truly appreciate the work, time and passion @LadyOfInfinity puts into this to make us happy and I thank her for giving me the opportunity to play this game (and all the various games she made available). All I say is that it might be worth it for a crack-hotfix to be released.

Most definitely was a memory (leak?) issue. My gpu and cpu uasge were well below 100% and it stuttered like crazy. Now wayyyyy better. 8gb ram btw
