I just want to clarify that this webpage error occurs only when you attempt to redownload the file after it has been caught/detected by the AV (windows defender). Because this happened to me before.... So, to fix this, I exclude it, then refresh the page and wait 5-10 seconds for it to redownload.

Assuming you are using the update by christsnatcher, only the "update" folder is necessary. If you have already updated it using the batch file, you are good to go. You can simply ignore the other folders, included in the update. Cheers
