For users with iGPU Iris Xe, who are burning their laptop like me, maybe this will help:

1. Update to .4146 drivers.
2. Run as administrator.
3. This will be a bit weird, but every time I start the game I always get stuttering and FPS drops, but it fixes (or at least in my case):
- I close the game.
- I check in the Task Manager that the execution is completely finished.
- Now I run it again (as administrator) and everything is fine :D

-- Low: ~ 25 - 30 FPS.
-- Medium: ~20 FPS.

Another detail I have is that when you make changes to the configuration when you return to the game, black boxes appear, so you always have to restart.

To fix most of the stutters I changed the graphics api to vulkan (mod) + ascendio. Running on ultra, a lot more stable. 5800x3d + rtx 3070 + 32gb ram.
Finally the game is using 100% of my gpu

guide to install the update 3:
1- Download all the 4 files from the link on the pinned messages (pinned message17)
2-Remove anything that comes after "filename.partX", all files should end like this: "...part1" "....part2" "...part3" "...part4"
3- Extract them to the same folder
4- Place them over the game files
5- Crack the game again (for downloading the crack files only just text "crack only" on the chat so the bot will reply you with those files
