Yes I think I messed it somehow by installing the aio patch. It didn't install successfully a few times. Then I tried to run the game and it still worked ok. On the next day I got the driver notif from nvidia I downloaded it and it didn't work from there. Initially I had a different issue but ultimately this is now the issue

symlink is a feature which lets you move a folder to another directory , or drive and then create a protal(symbolic link shortcut to the original location) and even tho the shader folder is in different drive the game will think its in c drive .

It can be created using both cmd or a GUI application
The gui aplication i recommend is "link shell extension" for windows
