A more sure fire system would be to pick a number of games to vote for and make users pay a dollar per vote. @LadyOfInfinity can set a minimum requirement for the number of votes needed to work on a crack. And since a lot of games have denuvo nowadays, she would probably make more than 500$ per crack. And players will get a crack of the game most want to play.
This method does have its own issues though.

If you have gotten the ISO, there is only 1 bin file in it. And it's impossible to say which bin is corrupted because the extraction happens chronologically with CRC verifications. When some particular file is corrupt, the extraction fails and the error pops up. Either way, prefer re installing. If that doesn't help, you gotta re download

how's empress crack anyway for Hogwarts anyway? I used the one my friend developed ( took him roughly 3 days, wasn't extensively tested though), his boosts the fps roughy 20-25 frames. I haven't played the game long enough to check if it stable.

Dll realted issues are almost always caused by antivirus, create an exception for both the folder you're downloading the game to and the folder you're installing/extracting the files to and you won't have issues like that.
