Check power settings in windows settings and Nvidia control panel, also make sure u have latest GPU driver. And I also recommend to test the game with some monitoring software, like MSI afterburner. Probably ur cpu is not strong enough and bottlenecks the whole system performance. I had the same issue as u and found out that my cpu is overheating, I suppose it was stuttering because of that. So I changed thermal paste and now everything works much better.

For some reason i have no virus and threat protection, my Friend said it was because I'm using windows 10 pro

There is not a lot of solo games i enjoy because grinding in singleplayer games makes me go mad or start cheating I play mostly online but from games I played it can be like sekiro, elden ring, cyberpunk, all 3 ds, high on life, Witcher 2,3 tried nioh 2 although too much grind those are all games that single player games that come to my mind atm
