You can perhaps let the game run at a higher fps so when the fps drop occurs it will be less noticeable.

Dropping from 120 to 100 is less annoying than from 60 to 30-40

Most complex mods use the same file. Meaning incompatibilities if you have more than one. Check your mod folder if there's more than one pack file then it could be the problem. Use the mod merger

FOR ANYONE WITH "EMP.DLL NOT FOUND" ERROR:

Microsoft updated windows defender so now it false flags the crack on purpose, so you need to either disable it or put the game folder in the exceptions.

If you don't know how to do that, follow this to put it in the exceptions:

seems to be a lot less stuttering and frame dropping. used to have cutscenes dropping to around 10 fps sometimes, but that problem is gone now. havent experienced any severe frame dropping anymore and usually sit at around 60-70 fps in all locations, its much more consistent now. but ive heard that some people havent found any improvement, best to just try for yourself.
