Using the FPS uncap method 尺乇乃乇尺ｲ so graciously provided significantly improved performance as I'd previously reported. Now I have tried Felik's tip to use the SLPF mod from Nexus AND adding the Yet Another HL FPS and Texture Fix Mod. I have also - per some users' recommendations - disabled Windows' default "FSO" (Full Screen Optimizations) from the HogwartsLegacy exe. This has almost *COMPLETELY* eliminated the stuttering and most performance issues, and has even improved loading times. I now have a much smoother and more enjoyable experience, even on my relatively underpowered i7 9750H + GTX 1650 Laptop running on Low settings + FSR 2.0 Quality.

I hope everyone benefits from these tips and gets to enjoy this game smoothly as well :)
