the xbox one x has a gpu equal to the rx 580 roughly, the ps5 is around a 6600 xt or 5700 xt, and the cpu in the ps5 is around a ryzen 7 3700x

but each OS depend about the hardware you have and the DRIVER, and to install Windows on M1/M2 you can't natively, cuz architecture is diferente than X86/x64.... maybe with PARALLEL but with bootcamp NO

developer mode doesn't give you full access to the hardware, and running emulated linux is very much not the same

you're limited to 4 full cores and 2 shared cores of the cpu in dev mode, and luckily you're able to access the full gpu power
