I only had problems 1 time and it was with an old version because it found similar registers between the ones I was uninstalling and others that were needed and that f*** Windows for me. Since new updates I have had no problems.

Win 11 is not ready for primetime. The OS needs time to mature, avoid.

I have experienced zero crashes with win 11. Updates are released on time, windows store also getting updates regularly, apps installed trough the store zero issues and so on. Would recommend having win 11 on ssd. When i moved from 10 to 11 i had win 10 on a sata drive and 11 took longer than usual to boot, all that changed once i cloned my drive into an ssd.
