Mate calm down there three things you need to do:

1. Go into achievement watcher settings and then debug and test toast notifications.

2. If its detecting your game at the least, then right click on the game in AW and choose generate achievement.json you have to place that in public/documents/empress/2050650/steam settings.

3. Make sure your game is running in borderless window to receive in game notification for any achievement you unlock

try updating drivers, i think that helped for someone that had the d3d error too

at the 2 weeks or so by release date, I heard about a VRAM limitation problem where if you try to load up one of the big texture packs and you got an 8 or less GPU VRAM so it will crash, no perf decline or something.

The performance of the empress release of RE4 is just damn good. I have a low-mid tier gpu and the steam version was dropping frames like hell so i refunded it. And then tried the empress release and without denvou game works like wonder on low end system.
