The first and most important thing is to update the bios. You have to do a latest Windows update, then install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022, then the latest direct x, and the latest graphics driver. When you install all that, you reset the computer. You install the game again and you have to download the crack for the game separately, but before that, block windows security. That should solve your problem. And run as administrator.

As I said depends on how implemented. Denuvo checks and anything else under VMP run circa 30,000 times slower than native code. If that is bypassed, there is no longer a slowdown for those functions regardless that much of the code is still there.
