i finally tested re4r with my 7950x3d and 4090 oc. going from the start of the game into the first house at native 4k and maximum settings and maximum raytracing i get 125 - 145 fps. will obviously be lower in later crowded areas with many effects.

Most common reason for crashes on RE4 is out of VRAM

That is just the standard for FEED satellities (those are special ones that transmit data using laser from one satellite to another). That allows to move from one place to another with ideal ping.
