Played RE4 remake for 3 hours yesterday, no problems. Booted it up today and it just crashes with no error messages, simply sends me straight to desktop. I've got Geforce GTX 1050ti with 4gb VRAM which is in the minimal requirements for RE4R; i'm playing on lowest graphic settings and the VRAM usage isn't even yellow, the gameplay is pretty smooth with some small, almost unnoticeable stutters. Tried updating the videocard drivers and turning off Geforce Experience overlay, got past the spot where the crashing started but now can't pass the giant fish bossfight without a crash

Just passed the fish bossfight and some more - haven't crashed yet. What i did is limit the max framerate (? Don't know the term in english) in nvidia control panel. The guide i used said to first limit it to around 1/2 of your screen's Hz, and if it still doesn't work, limit it more until the crashes stop, sometimes even to 1/4. Don't know how to do it on amd tho

Guys here are some advices for crashing at start-up:
1- turn off windows defender (put the game in an excluded folder in windows defender)
2- run the game as administrator
3- allow the game in private and local firewall in control panel
4- put the region in united state
5- update your graphics card drivers
6- reinstall the game files because if you didn't do step (1) the windows defender already deleted important files for the crack
7- if all the above didn't work restart the pc then try
