i think this is a general, universal area that causes a hit in fps to all players, the village at night after u rescue ashley is ridiculously stuttering and lagging. i had 60+ prior but when i reach that area it was in the 40s.

Cuz at the first time I launched the game, I spend like 30 minutes trying to adjust the settings, but it did not crashed like this.
Now for some reason it's crashing after every launch -

dlss is technically anti-aliasing so might be possible if its a mod

i think DLSS relies on the tensor cores on RTX cards, so dont think it works on GTX

you need to add the dlss dll from nvidia so i cant imagine that it doesnt use the tensor cores

yea i think anything below 1gb high textures is trash, so much texture poppin during and outside of cutscenes.

Also one more thing
Did you guys have to use the crack file thats published separately? I downloaded it, but didn't use it, cuz at the set up it had an option to "copy the crack files" or something like that. And since the game launched I didn't bother using those files from the crack file -
this is why i still recommend people to get NV cards instead of AMD, even if the current gen is better price/performance for AMD, FSR just sucks major balls

UE4 games suffer from stutters you can try and tweak the graphics a bit see if that helps

I got it to work. reinstalled the crackfix its now working perfectly on the steamdeck. the controller layout was easily fixes in the sttings. I'm so dumb.
