Happens to me, in my case the whole PC crashes literally have to restart my pc, my work around was bumping the Memory Boost in Afterburner to 1000mhz, I avoid memory oc as much as possible, but I can't play the game without it crashing every 30 mins without it. Turned everything off in the settings till it just hit just 3gbs of vram, turned off anything in the background that uses gpu usage, works well, already at the mines section of the ramon's castle.
