Tried 2 different USB drives, 4 different windows isos, tried using ventoy and Rufus.
the ssd is clean, unformatted, tried unplugging all my other drives apart from the one i want to install windows on.
Any ideas how to fix this? It's the first time I've faced this and i can't seem to solve it

i was thinking about that also, but i use linux, it had an ntfs partition and an ext4 partition, i thought that was the cause (the ext4 partition), so i wiped it completely clean, and windows shouldnt care about that, cause later in the setup it shows the disk partitioning stage (where it shows unallocated space also), but ill try that nonetheless, thanks for all the help
