But I had a pretty good plan, at least, part of one. It'd be a limit of one carbonated soda a week, a liter or so. So when you REALLY need the boost you can drink a cup, and savor it, instead of drinking a lot of it at once and again and again.
Thats part of my diet idea. Otherwise yeh. 😆 Mom will most likely help, as she's been on many diets, and knows her way around things.
