Speaking of Kiara it wouldn't surprise me if she acted more distant towards Cali at least from the viewers pov but I'd bet money that Keeki and Karen's friendship is still strong behind the scenes.

Also I'm late but I would bet even more money that Botan was born in 79. You can tell just by looking at the neck. At the end of the day I don't think her age matters cause she still kicks ass at most games anyways.

Botan could always just be a naturally more mature looking nippon. Also she talked about being terrible at racing games when she was little and how her brothers would always win and playfully punch her for losing. Considering racing games really did not take off until the late 90s, I think at most she was born late 80s early 90s.

We also need to keep in mind that she grew up in a pretty bad part of town and probably had to mature faster than most to get by. Early mental maturity tends to result in being a hyper chill and wise adult by your mid 20s, so.

Edit: The reason I focused on the fact she specifically mentioned racing games is because prior to 1995 F-Zero and Mario Kart were literally the only real racing titles. Racing games didn't really become a huge thing until after the PS1 and N64 released when 3D graphics allowed for significantly better experiences.

I mention this because it would mean that Hololive Gen 5 is the first wave/generation Tamaki has completely skipped as long as I can remember her being active.

The reason for this is likely because of her close on-stream friendship with Oda Nobuhime (Polka's past life). It's something a lot of people wanted to see but this kind of makes me feel like it won't come to be — at least not anytime soon.

So I thought on past instances of JP V-Tubers engaging with people they used to before they reincarnated, and the only instance I could think of was Nishizono Chigusa collabing with Matsuri.
