No. It's about her recent stream, apparently she said something that was maliciously twisted by some people.
This something is about someone else, that's why she's mad - otherwise she would just ignore it.
The only thing that comes to mind is when she talked about a former coworker who became a streamer, but I don't see how it could be talked about negatively.

More than a tech demo looks they just put them on Genshin Impact (even when some hololivers were ninja added like Kiara and Noel)

Kiara stated on on her Henry Stickman stream that she wanted to play Mario Kart instead , but since it was a replacement in her schedule she couldn't give Nintendo the required 24 hours notice.

That being said there still might be contracts involved, Selen didn't say she was going to go straight to streaming it, she said she'd pass it over to her manager, so if there's any background shit that needs to be done beyond that (like signing forms or whatever) that will happen now behind the scenes.

Update on this: Kanae already played it today, so it's been given the all-clear.

And while I agree that Western devs are invariably more lax, I would think that the desire for written contracts would be coming from Anycolor so they have everything in writing. Unfortunately, Japanese companies in anime/games have a history of making a verbal agreement with American companies and getting totally fucked over (Harmony Gold's stranglehold on Macross, XSEED Games' issue of localising Trails in the Sky SC before Nihon Falcom expressly said they would be allowed to localise the game, etc.)

Selen also couldn't secure permissions for the Crash Bandicoot: N. Sane Trilogy at her debut, but COULD get permissions for the newly-released Crash 4: It's About Time. Activision/TfB are also western companies but they clearly have their own wishes for their IPs too.

Western V-Tuber fans, by and large, just want the easiest route to what is non-confrontational. It doesn't matter how outta pocket Bao was trying to cancel an autistic man for no reason because drama makes people uncomfortable. We see this 'There is no War in Ba Sing Se' attitude all over Reddit and the Discord fan channels when shit goes down.
