I was gonna say… his voice isn’t even that great. Many castrati lost their higher range as they got older simply because that’s what happens to people as they age (even professional singers, but they know how to mitigate it and still sound good), which probably accounts for the strained sound as he tries to hit the higher notes. I think MtF troons are so obsessed with length because wounds close at the edges as they heal, so when their bodies try to close up the unnatural hole someone punched into their taint, they start losing depth. Dilating is supposed to prevent/delay wound healing, so the lengh stays the same. Unfortunately, dilating doesn’t seem to do much for width, which is an equally valid concern, as scar tissue doesn’t stretch like the inside of a vagina would. Meaning it’s more likely to split/tear, and form fistulas. The male body is pretty compact, and there’s just not room for a vagina in it.

The primary issue is that women are sticking it in an actual vagina and not, you know, and open wound. One is bound to be a fuck ton more painful than the other. Similar issue with the sex thing.
