Honestly given how reports of his suicide were outright begging for people to question the legitimacy of any of it, it would be a surprise if that's even brought into the conversation or acknowledged by any of them. It makes me see this shitstorm as a litmus test for good/bad faith. It's one thing for people on the internet, namely the emulation community, to hear about Near supposedly being harassed to suicide accepting that information and giving their condolences. That said, one might suggest that those who are outright calling for action, against this place, over it are ethically compromised, and arguably complicit in condoning Near's legal dubiousness.

tl;dr The people that care about giving the farms shit over Near probably won't care about the truth, and probably didn't in the first place. Means to an end, greater good, etc.
