That's what I'm confused about as well. First they say it's been happening since spring and later say it happened in Oct and finally finish it off by saying what's been happening since spring and what came up in Oct are different incidents.
All bridges have been burned between Vshojo and Nux. They literally said Nux was manipulated by the supposed friend of the swatter and that he caught the wrong guy and is stupid.
This is getting juicy. I hope Nux makes his own announcement and continues to fan the flames.
EDIT: If all the information Nux gave them was wrong then why the fuck did they thank him. They thanked him for giving them the wrong info? Ta fuck.

I don't think Nux had a responsibility to not drop the story and a company asking a compromising story to not be released because they are working to take the person down is suspect. But I tend to be an information wants to be free sort of guy.

His prior simple tweet about the phishing scam going on would've been fine - it was short, concise and got straight to the point that there's a phishing scheme going around that's pretending to be Vshoujo. That's all the info folks within vtubing circles need to get a heads-up about the scam. The follow-up dropping a vid sensationalizing his role so he can jerk himself off for clicks and clout is the exact kind of attention-grabbing shit that law enforcement & cyber security firms would tell anyone to fucking not do. But hey, that's the kind of attention-whoring faggot he is though.
