tl;dr The complications from her phalloplasty (courtesy of butchers Dr. Crane & Dr. Santucci) still haven't been fixed. She's been using a catheter since February, and it sounds like this isn't going to change anytime soon... Santucci is apparently throwing in the towel and referring her to another doctor (a urologist).
