They banned him over a dozen times but they never IP banned him or reported him to higher ups for some reason. Plus IP bans aren't hard to get around.

i think tabbitcha is 22 or 23. She's def not a teenager because she has a degree and everything. The whole thing with her happened between like May and July of this year. And she pretty much broadcasts that she's an adult because she's always talking about her sorority. So he knew she was an adult.

At the same time, I seen him prey on 15 year old's. In the description, they are 15. He don't care, if they look underage, the better.

he's been busted more than once. I just really hope that the underaged girls he talks to are able to catch on that he's dangerous. With the way that the tumblr community is, I've seen people advocating that minors should be able to post nudes.

I think he's entirely capable of manipulating someone under 18. He fails at manipulating us because we know what he's done, but someone who doesn't know what he's done might either sympathize with him or submit to his attempts at grooming.

All you need is a minor with low self-esteem. He may eventually find one, and when he does, he'll try to get nudes, and God forbid, rape her. He talks about not having money, but knowing him I could see him dishing out cash to rape a child. He has no self-control.

Judging tumblr, it might be quick to spot potential partners. One of the girls didn't care about his oggling. A crap ton are the same.

Yeah, he's pretty clueless when it comes to social situations, but he seems smart enough to figure out how to evade an IP ban. Also, if he did find a victim who responded to his grooming attempts, he'd figure out a way to get to her. I have some ideas of what he might do, but I'm not going to state them publicly cause I don't to give him any ideas. That would be enough for the Feds to step in assuming she lived in another state, but he could do it if he was motivated enough.
