This is definitely, definitely some guy with nullification kinks and/or AGP. I note that he's talking as if after vaginectomy or closure, there's just nothing there, smooth barbie crotch with a hole for pee, when that just isn't the case. Removing or reducing the clit and the clit hood etc results in a longer scared leading up the mons, or in basically a messy lump in front of the urethra - There's no version of this irl that is as plastic-perfect as he imagines, not after a single surgery with no revisions.

Throwsawayfortacos is an MTF who got his stinkditch installed almost 5 years ago... and it didn't go so well.
Where did it all go wrong? He explains in an update a few years later:
tl;dr He didn't know at the time, but he has Ehlers–Danlos syndrome, which (among other things) makes your skin thin and stretchy. During one of his post-op dilation sessions, he accidentally "dilated" through a tear in his perineum instead of his neovagina, and his carelessness + EDS turned it into the disaster you see above.
Because of his condition and in order to let the major wound dehiscence heal, he ended up losing most of his neovaginal depth.
About a year later, he went in for another surgery to make his neovulva more aesthetic and to remove some granulation and excess erectile tissue:
Just a couple days ago, he went in for a revision:
It's been 5 years, and he still wants more surgery...
His comment about "struggling with granulation" reminded me of the tribulations faced by our old friend, EmmaLake.
If I could give this guy any advice, it would be to quit while he's ahead. Continually going under the knife to remove granulation tissue never seems to work with these stinkditches.

Funnily enough, I vaguely remember some kinda campaign a few years back to make it more normalized for man to just pee sitting cause quite a lot of men still make a mess when peeing standing. The parts of wanting to have no genitals actually sound quite believable for a teenage girl, what I find weird are the sexual fetishes thrown in with it (although, being hyper sexual can also be a symptom of abuse so it's not unheard of). Also worth noting women that grew up in male-dominated forums like 4chan adopt their way of talking about sexual stuff sometimes. IDK it's likely she is a troll but the way people usually always assume "it's a man with a fetish" just make me feel they haven't really observed the socially disconnected, extremely online millenial/zoomer woman with unresolved sexuality issues.
This is not about this case but in general, a few minutes looking at some combination of tags on BTS explicit fanfiction on archiveofourown should help clear up that some groups of women have become completely sick in the head also, and kinda in an opposite way that men on 4chan started "putting themselves" in the girl's role when they read hentai (leading to "wanting to become a hole to be fucked") a lot of girls did the opposite and put themselves in either a voyeur looking at the character they love getting railed or in the perpetrator's position (they want to see the character they are into getting railed, and often these kinds of depictions include the girl saying "I want to fuck him" or variations), the Bella Janke girl is a perfect exemple of this. A lot of pleople were surprised by her but if you have been keeping up with female degeneracy the most surprising part is that she took it to real life instead of keeping it online.

This is a consequence of a combination of events caused by troons that, as always, will only harm other troons the most: SRS was supposed to be for people with serious genital dysphoria, understood as something that could make you unable to orgasm but was better than the alternative because their mental distress was so strong (we can argue it was a bad treatment choice, but at least there was an understanding these were patients that didn't have a normal sexual life, and the possibility of never having sex/masturbation again wasn't a big problem for them).
But the troons decided "you don't need dysphoria to be trans!" and also "SRS gives you completely functional genitals!" so now someone that has no problem with their genitals but wants to live the gender bender anime life completely ruins their hability to enjoy sex and further mutilates their genitals even when they were completely fine otherwise.
Personally I don't feel bad for that crowd, at least the first group had some debilitating mental illness insteadof basically a fetish

I think this is part of what peeked me. When the party line was "Surgery is terrifying and produces results that often cause their own problems - But that's better than the current situation, because no amount of therapy has stopped me from self-harming on my chest/genitals, so surgically removing them seems like the humane option" I had a lot of sympathy for transsexuals - It must be shit to have a mental illness that does that, and most of them seemed calmer after they were done... And didn't pretend to be "just like the real thing". But now that the party line is "Surgery is totally safe and perfect, and spending months with an open wound in your crotch and a catheter is totes healthy" I don't trust a word they say.
Troons getting angry at trannies for saying that they think surgery is srs bzns rather than basically a day at the spa will never not be creepy.

Relatable. Part of what peaked me was the notion (this was right around when the truscum thing arose) that having surgery made you a sort of gold star trans and this merged with the sentiment that surgery averted trans suicides but the more I heard it the more I realised it warped into 'you must get surgery or you will die' - the kind of social pressure that cracks all the eggs. None of them ever slow down and realise that threat of death didn't exist beforehand; I could go on but committing suicide gets thrown around so much in the troon community, there's nothing else like it if you want to become a martyr for the cause yet everything else is about how to prevent it because 'we're all about saving trans lives!'. To clarify, I mean maladjusted people who don't have bodily dysphoria, the ones who sit on Discord all day and have the willpower of single ply toilet paper.

Catching up and congratz, that 5 months post op pic is the first time an image has made me nauseous.I have a lot of catching up to do, but here are a few updates on some of our old friends:
Phantom1326 (see here for the previous update) hasn't posted any new pictures in the last 3 months, but she clearly isn't doing well.
tl;dr The complications from her phalloplasty (courtesy of butchers Dr. Crane & Dr. Santucci) still haven't been fixed. She's been using a catheter since February, and it sounds like this isn't going to change anytime soon... Santucci is apparently throwing in the towel and referring her to another doctor (a urologist).
Btw, she tries to cope by talking about how she can at least masturbate with her phallodick (her clitoris is buried at the base), but even here she has to admit that it's much more difficult than before.
