Has anyone else noticed this thing Phil has been doing lately where he over-enunciates the “T” sounds in certain words? He doesn’t do it all the time, he’ll just randomly hit a word with a “T” sound and purposely exaggerate it. Where the fuck does he pick up these random weird quirks?

I love how Phil is frantically telling his chat that he's done "charity" work before. He won't even tip his DoorDash drivers when they drop his order off at the snort-fort, but he's trying to tell his chat that he's given back to his community! Sure, Dave. He over-enunciates any sufficiently large word that falls outside the purview of his middle school-level vocabulary. Old school Phil never bothered to put on this pathetic charade of sounding smarter than he actually is and, the limits of his knowledge are readily apparent in those old videos.

It reminds me of the old Tevin meme, how the first part of a DSP explanation is bullshit and the second part is the "in reality" bit.

He starts off with the whole "I was raised Roman-Catholic and we're taught that charity should be a private sacrifice" etc etc, and then the second part is about how one time he wanted to do a charity stream because he thought he was big enough that the positives might outweigh the negatives of "looking good" because he didn't want to "look good" but the trolls ruined everything.

Translation:

DSP would absolutely love to do charity streams and reap the optic rewards, but he can't handle the trolls, he's paranoid about trolls etc.

Summation:
