It is ironic considering his "battleship" is smaller than Chris's tugboat.

Maybe he's getting desperate enough that he's actually looking for DIY castration methods. Even if not, he'll no doubt see such things, perhaps giving him ideas.

But yeah, he's sure as hell not doing this because he's trans. He's either doing it for attention with no real intentions to do it, or he has some deeper insanity driving him.
 
So the operation Phil is seeking is to remove his testicles only? It seems to me that it would be better to do the whole gender reassignment surgery in one go. Wouldn't doing it with several surgeries leave unwanted scar tissue that the surgeon would have to deal with later?
 
Probably because it's the minimum-effort-required edition of transitioning. Hormones aren't a prerequisite for castration as far as I know, and the surgery required is significantly less intensive and invasive. Hell, Phil could dk it himself with nothing more than a rubber band, as opposed to requiring several years' worth of training in the latest minge construction techniques.
