I have a hard time imagining directly profiting off the tissue itself. I looked into Cetrulo and he seems to be very into research, more than these other butchers. I can't tell if he's constantly grant/fund seeking or doing it for the clout. Didn't look that deeply into him, maybe I should.
Lately I've been thinking about how people are punished for discussing negative outcomes. Not only can they be shunned by their community, even punished by it and larger society, but they can be sued by assholes like Rumer.
Do we know of other surgeons pursuing civil cases when their patients discuss poor outcomes?
iirc Rumer didn't win any of these cases.
Does anyone know how libel cases work when it's situations like these?

It’s not a wound. It involves wounds, but it's not a wound itself. The inside of a penile-inversion neovagina is made of skin from the penis and scrotum (which is why it grows hair. Wounds and scars don’t grow hair). Like I said in the other thread, pieces of skin against each other don’t “heal” together any more than two of your toes are in danger of fusing because they are sitting next to each other.If you mean like a neovaginal prolapse, that very rarely (if ever) happens, AFAIK. I think I've maybe seen a single picture of one before.
Rather than "fall apart", neovaginas more commonly start to heal themselves shut if the troons neglect regular dilation in the first year post-op (because yes - it's a wound). If they're good about dilating for the first year or two, then they can usually ease off since by then the neovaginal canal has given up on healing and is held together by lots of scar tissue. Someone made this comparison before, but think of it like pierced ears: if you don't wear earrings for awhile, then the piercings (especially new ones) will probably heal and close on you. Older and larger piercings are less likely to do so.
Aside from this, fistulas are an extremely common complication. Usually recto-neovaginal fistulas (see that unfortunate troon with poopy pads from a couple pages ago), but I've also seen urethro-neovaginal fistulas (reminds me of the "women pee from their vagina!" meme, except it's real for some transwomen).
Probably the closest thing you'll see to a neovagina "falling apart" is when bits of the neolabia (or even the neoclitoris) become necrotic and eventually fall off. I'm personally convinced this is usually - although not always - the fault of the troon for being unhygienic and not doing the aftercare properly. See Jonathan Yaniv as an example of this.
Yes, MTFs will get hair growing inside their neovagina and all over their neovulva unless they get like 6 months of electrolysis treatments beforehand. Most won't bother to do this though, or they'll only do the bare minimum (like a handful of laser hair removal sessions which are NOT permanent). And yeah, it's very irritating, unpleasant, and embarrassing for them. Dilation makes it even worse since it ends up compacting gross, smelly hairballs at the far end of their neovaginal canal. Imagine having to fish hairballs out of yourself...
Many MTFs end up with some level of chronic pain (from nerves, scarring, abscesses, or whatever) and lifelong complications, yes. It's impossible to say how many though because troons constantly lie about and sugarcoat their SRS experiences. My guess is more than half, but this is just a guess.
tl;dr Slicing up your genitals and messing with your urethra in particular is a very bad idea unless it's truly medically-necessary. You're just asking for serious trouble...
Note: I'm not a medical person, so all of this is just based on my own observations. If I got anything wrong, then please feel free to correct me!
The reasons neovaginas "close up" or lose depth seems to be a) the pelvic floor muscles around it are in a continuous state of partial contraction in healthy humans, and will do their best to contract and close up the big hole that has been made in them, and b) contracture of the scars that were produced when the surgeon filleted someone's dick and stuck it up inside their abdomen.
I say "seems to be" because it's not easy to find much good info about it and even surgeons don't seem to care that much. But whatever the reason, it's probably useful to imagine a penile-inversion amhole as a really, really deep belly button. Even if it does "close up" in terms of any penetration being impossible, it's still there, probably growing new forms of bacteria unknown to man.

But remember, it's no more dangerous than any other surgery, and no one regrets getting it done ever ever ever, so let's keep promoting it!
Something like that would be very illegal and not worth the risk. Why bother when you can exploit and make money off troons perfectly legally?
Also, from what I can see Auxocell isn't a tissue bank itself, it produces processing equipment for tissue. Like, equipment get stem cells out of donated umbilical cords, that kind of thing (a lot of people bank their kids' cord blood these days, or donate it).
No need to make up evil schemes about these people when they're running one right in the open.

Yes, he has done a lot of work with umbilical stem cells and often is invited to speak at major events about it. I find his nerve regeneration and graft research more interesting as they are obviously connected to SRS.
I did find one of his NIH funded projects that's currently in progress which is about grafts (Genetic-engineered control of the immunogeneic state of vascular composite allografts during preservation). I would be interested to see more about that as it develops. The grant was awarded to Mass Gen and the total grant amount is $476,000. There are a few others on the project with him so he's not making a significant amount of money. He also hasn't applied for any patents on this yet.

Idk it feels like going to the Zoo, just exploring the new levels of retardation. I hear about Bluebond-Langner, Wittenberg, and McGinn pretty regularly, and they do seem like a cut above the rest. McGinn in particular often cleans up the messes left by Kathy Rumer after she botches and ghosts her victims. I haven't heard of Min Jun and Avenassian, so I might have to look into them. I'm skeptical about the Suporn Clinic because they're usually just chosen for being very cheap and supposedly having "aesthetically pleasing" results, but it's true that they have vastly more experience than most SRS surgeons.
