This video is golden and peak DSP. He assaults an NPC because they are in a doorway instead of waiting for them to move, his follower aggros everyone (More on Barbas later), He lowers the difficulty twice, and blames autosaves for 'not working' as if autosaves are supposed to save when he wants them to, not how they are set up in the settings like a retard.

Oh and why does he have Barbas? Probably because Barbas is an immortal dog follower (For the time you have him) and he can have him alongside a human companion, meaning he won't have to do any fighting himself.

Nothing is his fault and it's the devs fault for not updating an 11 year old game to cater to retard supremo here.

DSP has already used his e-hermit powers to brainwash himself into believing it's a, and I quote, "bug", instead of him being an impatient dumbass, aggro-ing NPCs just like the mechanic was meant to work:

Nothing he could do. Not his fault. He did everything correct.

-EDIT- Oh, and I've not yet seen anybody post this stuff from today's pre-stream, so I'll just leave this here:

has he ever played skyrim before?

- doesn't know what happens when you attack a civilian flagged NPC in a city and continue to fight people
- thinks owning a house that you can use as a farm is exclusive and new to the anniversary edition which I guess hearthfire was never a DLC expansion
- doesn't make sense to him to sleep or wait in game till the bounty goes away so he would rather wait it out in "real time"
- shocked that a bethesda game has bugs in it

it's like the memento guy's inbred exceptional brother.

He also literally is turning this game into a walking sim.

EDIT - he literally missed like nowhere near hitting the target with a 2h melee weapon on a stationary target that was being tanked and now just hitting the mob's shield...it was like watching an extremely exceptional person trying to shove a square peg in a round hole. literally just doing the same thing over and over and wondering why he's dying.

I didn't know you could make skyrim this boring but also be this bad at the base game.

Wtf is this guy's problem? Seriously. So people tell him that he can wait for 3 days in order to fix the Falkreath aggro problem, and instead of electing to wait for 72 seconds, he's like "d00d, whats the point of an RPG if you're just gonna fast travel through everything??"

This just reeks of "I didn't think of that. Gee I feel stupid and my ego is under attack - better find a rationalization for why we're not gonna do it now!"

He probably doesn't even understand what he did wrong and thinks shouting at people isn't combat.

He played it years ago when it came out. Probably barely remembers it.
When he gets around to Fallout 3 I am betting we will see a repeat of his Big Town fuck-up.

He did this with New Vegas as well. Phil's MO with Bethesda games is find a companion ASAP and have them do the fighting. Most of his deaths in his New Vegas runs came from Boone or whoever he has being knocked out and him running like a bitch and getting himself cornered.

I'm surprised he is even aware of the waiting mechanic. Probably would think it's bugged you can only wait a whole day at any given time. Can't wait to see him return there and have to pay some trivial fine and complain about it being bugged or punishing the player or something, as if money is hard to come by in Skyrim when you spend most of the game strip searching bandits.

...in the wake of Jim, it's clear that Phil values pretending he can't identify the tipper immediately, and he has no qualms about lying about something that every person in the room knows is true, and which he expects them to know, but also to pretend along with him.

He values a lack of transparency...
In this way, Phil is basically the same as transwomen, who want us to pretend that we don't see the big old monkey hands and bulbous Adam's apple bobbing away in the throat of that gentile lady walking into the women's bathroom.

I think he privates the streams, but I'm not 100% sure because I haven't looked in depth on how Youtube works in regards to that.

However there is an archive of a live stream, while it was live with chat, if you go to the URL now it will tell you that the video is private:
https://archive.md/TBULQ
That seems obvious, he'd lose the views (and likes) on the raw stream if he actually deleted. He has several now public live streams from the first time he "moved" to youtube due to being "forced" to private everything with fanart and then had to unlist them all at once.

Worth noting is that, during the prestream, he was making fun of the town for aggroing him after he says he 'yelled at' one of the citizens because she was blocking the door.
So during the prestream, he was apparently aware of the aggro issue and that it was his fault/instigated by his actions, but he blamed the NPC for standing there instead of how he handled the situation/his impatience.

So when @Comma says that Phil has pignosised himself, this is apparently totally accurate. By the time he starts playing the game, Phil has convinced himself of something that he knew was not true less than an hour ago. There also appears to be no real reason to lie about this, since everyone saw it, he understands the subsequent mechanics so there aren't really long-term consequences, and he already talked about it honestly. The delusion is just that out of control.

This is the fundamental thing in my opinion, his lies are obvious as fuck and no one believes them. But he is incredibly adept at lying to himself. So if ignoring the obvious game mechanics of a decade-old game allows him to preserve his ego, then so be it. He believes it and he expects everyone else to.

Just a thought, but it's been quite a long time since we've seen Bobajo or SilentBob tip in place of OMM.

If we take (one of) Phil's versions of who these people are at face value, then he has simultaneously lost two of his constant whales, and OMM is mysteriously aware of this and has picked up their slack without any hesitation.

Alternatively, this pretty much proves it's one person, which is why there was no interruption despite the other names disappearing. And he and/or Phil have been lazy recently and just throwing out the same value and name. $25 has also been the most consistently useful value for Phil recently, as the tip most commonly puts him within $25 of the hat after his break, almost like the two of them are trying to use his tip to bait more tips. Sure is looking extra suspicious lately.
