Just wanted to add something semi-related to this gacha/gambling talk.

In Granblue Fantasy -another JP gacha- they recently added a new summon who is basically, game breaking. Allows you to do some bullshit you absolutely cannot do otherwise, and the only way to get him is to just, roll and pray. On a fucking 0.11% chance basically.

Take into account the game throws freebies over and over but there's still people sinking 800$ per banner just to get the new unit, since that's the guaranteed character cost -called a spark-. A JP player spent 6000$ on said banner to try get him and failed.

So yeah, if you're ever wondering how fast DSP's money flies when you're addicted to a gacha, just think that every month there's a new broken character that will cost you thousands. And DSP needs several of those because WWEC is predatory even by korean skinner box standards.

Just from your post, I figured out that the summon was Beelzebub. Hell, I had enough for two sparks and I didn't even bother getting him.

I refuse to believe Phil "did fine" two semesters into a CS major. CS isn't really about computers, it's (relatively) advanced math, data structures, and algorithms. In his first two semesters he would have almost certainly taken calculus and a basic algorithms class, and if that's true, I want to see his fucking grades.

As somebody who spent most of college going for CS, I can attest that there's no way Phil would have survived a single semester of that shit at even entry level. This is a moron who even at his peak probably wouldn't be able to understand stacked if/else statement nesting in basic java.

Superblindman is the best shot at establishing connections in the industry Phil has left. That cushy Microsoft office job is getting further away and I think Phil realizes it, deep down. Ever since the whole Projared debacle it's been too obvious that Phil sees Twitter a vehicle for publicity stunts.
To his credit, that's exactly its purpose, but even the one time it worked it only demonstrated how abysmal his viewer retention rate is (because his content is dogshit and his personality moreso). And I don't know how Phil seriously expects to talk to anyone famous when he disabled replies to his account (there's a reason he hasn't brought up the topic since).
