It's most generic online artists. The reason is they don't know how to draw anything technical and refuse to learn. It's the same reason you don't normally see backgrounds or full illustrations, plus the same poses repeatedly.

Actually, depending of the AU version of FNF you look into, Daddy Dearest IS made into a troon because of "demon magic", making it possible for him to have children regardless. This applies to basically every character in the base game (because, you know, AUs), but it mainly happens to Girlfriend because of course it would happen to Girlfriend. I shall list a few examples:​

• Friday Night Funkin': B3 Remixes (named after its musician and creator, Biddle3, who is also a troon) made Girlfriend into a black trans vampire woman (and she looks just like you imagine it). This is probably the most infamous example since B3!GF is always used as a scapegoat to silence any sort of criticism towards Biddle3 and his mod because of "muh racism and transphobia".​
• Friday Night Funkin' Neo's version of Pico is also trans, gay and dating Whitty (well, not anymore, not after the Whitty drama from last year, now he's dating a different popular mod character). Also, in this remix mod, Monster (or Lemon Demon, as known by fans) is BF's father, which is funny to bring up.​
• Monday Dusk Monolith not only turns most of the base game's characters into donut steels but also makes BF (born non-binary, somehow, and transitioning into a man with he/they/xe pronouns), GF (MtF) and Pico (FtM) into trannies just because the mod's plot involves everyone turning into monsters because of a monolith.​
• Every character in Friday Night Funkin' D-Sides has a wall of text dressed as "Trivia" right beside them. This is the one mod that has Daddy Dearest as FtM and still capable of having children because of demon magic. GF is also autistic, but that might be canonical.​
• Friday Night Funkin' C-Sides has been a dead mod for almost a year now, but one day they just randomly came out to announce that their version of GF is, you guessed it, trans and black.​
• Thank Twitter User @TransKanye on this one, because for some reason they are a Girlfriend Kinnie and every GF they touch turns into a tranny of some sort. This happened to Friday Night Funkin' Flip-Side's version of GF, who was not only made trans but brown (sadly this post was deleted, but their user is in the replies at least).​

And that's just off the top of my head. The Mod Wiki has an entire category solely dedicated to "LGBTQ+ Characters" and it's a mess, in case any of you wants to look into funnier examples. Most of these mods don't even delve into this sort of stuff so it is only there for brownie points.

TL;DR - Undertale's concept of AUs has done too much damage and as long as you say "it's an AU bro" everyone can be a troon.​

Furry, mecha, and weeb artists are all subcultures sprung from the same source of being overly saturated in cartoons and just overly online in general. Siblings from the same poisoned womb, if you will. And because the heretic is worse than the heathen, they turn on each other. Though mecha and weeb artists seem to get along better; probably all the giant robot anime and robot-girl coomer anime gives them avenues of dialogue.
