Chromedome and Rewind are surprisingly well written and likeable, but that's just probably because MTMTE was actually good and was not as in your face about them being an item.
2005 IDW comics in general though had really good ideas (mainly Megatron and Optimus actually being flawed and three dimensional for once) but are hindered by their need to pander to the tumblrized masses.


A lot of SJWs apparently orbit Prime and animated, don't know what's in those shows that attracts them like flies on a tranny corpse though. I might post some of their art here, they're just too horrendous not to share.



Didn't James Roberts stated that his first works when he started writing was a fanfic about Megatron Mpreg?

Their relationship was OK, the other hamfisted ones had terrible dialogue. In fact, many of their tender moments had terrible dialogue. I'm still cringing over it.

John Roberts introduced the 'Conjunx Endura', which was the official gay marriage thing. I don't know why there was ever a need to add gay or trans robots in a species that does not reproduce sexually or has a biological sex. For a Cybertronian, if you want to change your frame you can, but you need the resources for it. Changing your body can be considered passing through castes, and that was disallowed, lol. That literal troon Transformers comic didn't even make it to the top ten; in fact, most of the MTMTE did not sell well comic book wise. The Windblade comics did worse.

In Prime, Knock Out was written as quite flamboyant but someone who would probably be disgusted by sex. In Windblade he was drawn as a literal faggot who was married to Breakdown, even though there was another Breakdown, even though Adam Baldwin who voiced him is a conservative IRL. That was done for fan service.

The DJD was cool, though.

I feel a big problem is fans and writers trying to "anthropomorphize" a race of not just aliens but also mechanical beings too much. I get its to make them relatable but some just feel so weird and out of place.
