The Russian glowies have killed more of their own genuine investigative journalists than there exist in the USA. The only reason they are giving refuge to Snowden is due to them knowing how good the optics of it look.

I think you misunderstood my post somewhat; I was saying that Russia never did any of the things that I listed because the American government did them, negatively affecting me. Russian extremism and hate speech laws do not concern me all that much (all though I disapprove of them) as I am not beholden to them. Most of those journalists were fag lovers, and yes sadly some were good moral people who were writing about an Oligarch. I disapprove of Russian firearms regulation, but Fagmerica is responsible for the domestic Tyranny regarding them in the supposed land of the free, not Russia.

I have literally no incentive to like Ukraine or Fagmerica.
