This is the same thing Russia did in 2014 when the separatists were on the run and about to lose but instead of attacking only inside and on the borders of the Donbas it's been widened to the whole country

Long-term this will make Ukrainians and Poles and the Baltic republics hate Russia even harderer and foreverer and turn Europe away from Russia but short term it's another humiliating display of the fecklessness of the Western bureautechnocracy

Also don't get me wrong, when I say "I don't give a shit about Ukraine" I don't mean callousness towards the death and destruction this is causing. I mean it in the fact of what the West WANTS us to care about for its own pathetic agenda. Watching some of the video strikes, it's good to see that Russia invested in precision weapons rather than just kicking barrel-bombs out of the doors of HIND choppers.

Gonna be interesting to see how precise their fire control really is.

It's actually good for the civvies that Russia bothered to strap a pigeon with a silhouette card to the front of their missiles this time.

They're going to run out of PGM's, and not be able to replace them. If they are going for the whole country, expect massive civilian casualties soon. Which is exactly what the US wants

In the end, I too feel remorseful about those who are gonna wind up dead because of this. Putin may be the perpetrator, but Biden and his idiot administration basically enabled it to happen. Those who voted for him here deserve shame and ostracizing.

I remember the 2014 stuff and watching the coverage obsessively for months. I feel for the Ukrainians for what happened back then and especially now. But part of the reason why Putin probably pounced is because so many western leaders are weak as fuck right now - lack of govt trust, LE COOF fearmongering, shit economies. No one is in a position to fight back.
