Tell that to the victims of RICO, you fucking sped.According to IrwinLaw.com these are usually used against people who belong to criminal organizations, so it seems unlikely it'd be used in this context.

The ESRB upped the rating of Oblivion from T to M after some tit flesh was discovered in the files by modders.Interesting, I was under the impression that the ESRB will give an M (or higher) rating to any game that has nudity, even if it is in a texture or other file that is impossible for a player to access via the game itself and has to be acquired by disassembling the game with specialized programs. (The issue with the “partial nudity” in Halo 2 comes to mind.) Either current games are simply too large for the ESRB to effectively look through to actually perform their job or they intentionally overlooked this for some reason.
I'm glad that they censored the mean words otherwise I might've seen something profane.Final lines of the ESRB W.O.W. rating always makes me laugh:

Poop Quest got into the rating summary.
Feminist types actually got the portion with a woman being called bitch removed from the game. So it goes to show how unreliable ESRB is.I'm glad that they censored the mean words otherwise I might've seen something profane.

That's a common trend in all the entertainment companies. From a purely business side of things, all artistic integrity aside, I wonder when they'll realize that pandering to the suicidal isn't a great way to get return customers.Activision/Blizzard had real problems. It's been Blizzard's strategy for years. Don't think it worked this time, though.
More companies should pander to the suicidal the Final Fantasy 14 way--by having multiple characters attempting and/or committing suicide on-screen. If only the playerbase would take a hint. That's a common trend in all the entertainment companies.
