Pretty easy to win at the ratios when you and your friends have 200 accounts each.
edit: Twitter is a super easy to manipulate platform. They don't put a lot of effort into blocking bots from liking/following, and they don't do much about bots mass reporting triggering temporary autosuspends. I doubt twitter cares, but they technically have rules against it, so it might be possible to get keffals banned over it. Never assume that the "trending" section, or the likes, retweets, or followers is genuine. It's all part of the SEO/streaming game.
